Eligibility
Open to residents of Santa Cruz County ages 18 and older who have low or no income and no other means of support.
Must apply for all other potential sources of available income as a condition of program eligibility.

- Proof of rent and utilities
- Statements of bank accounts and any other resources
- Proof from US Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS, formerly INS) of permanent resident alien
