Provides animal and plant science. Crafts, healthy activities, nutrition education, and camping for the youth. Projects vary by community and incorporate research-based curricula. Nutrition education programs target limited-income families and youth. Provides food safety and preservation information to the community. Offers Elkus Ranch, a hands-on environmental education experience for youth. Short-term retreat or day-conference programs. Serves K-12 as well as special needs youth. Service-learning opportunities are available for all ages. Summer and holiday day camps are offer as well.
