Provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy to adults with chronic or acute conditions.
Physical therapy treats mobility deficits from strokes, hip/knee replacements, and other conditions. Offers specialized treatment for back pain and wound/burn care.
Occupational therapy treats functional loss due to stroke, nerve damage, and burns/wounds. Emphasis on returning to maximum independence.
Speech and language services include motor speech, swallowing disorders, stuttering, and voice disorders. Evaluates and provides therapy. Assessments are offered Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Also accepts Medi-Cal, General Assistance, CalWorks, and CalFresh applications.
