- Roof, Exterior Paint and Windows Only Loan - provides funds for these specific repairs. Needs minimal paperwork and processing time.
- Complete Rehab Loan - provides loans up to $75,000 at 1% interest with a greatest term of 30 years.
- Rental Rehab Loan - is available to owners of rental property. If the units are rent to low-income tenants at affordable rents.
- Senior Minor Home Repair Grant - available to low-income seniors age 60 or over. Is a non-repayable grant up to $2,500 to do minor home repairs.
- Security Bars Grant - provides income eligible homeowners with up to $1,500. To remove or replace fixed security bars on bedroom windows and exit doors.
