Solano County residents with incomes at or below 50% of the Area Median Income and a demonstrated risk of homelessness or housing loss due to recent financial or other hardships. Only the residents at highest risk of homelessness will receive services.

Provides eligible households with flexible financial assistance to pay rent, utilities, security deposits, or moving costs, as well as legal referrals and other services to prevent Solano County residents from becoming homeless.

Only applicants at highest risk of homelessness or housing loss will advance to the next stage of the process. If you are selected to receive assistance, please be aware that the program may not be able to cover all expenses that you owe.

Due to high call volume, mailbox is often full. Email is best option for contacting the program. There is a low-response rate from the agency - clients that are not selected may not hear back.
