Disability Disaster Access and Resources | INDEPENDENT LIVING RESOURCES OF SOLANO AND CONTRA COSTA COUNTIES (ILRSCC)

Provides residents with disabilities to access and Functional Needs (AFN). In the event of a Public Safety Power Shut-Off, PSPS by partners with PG&E and MCE Clean Energy to assist. Services include:

• Creating a personal or family emergency plan
• Back-up battery for medical devices or other resources
• PG&E Medical Baseline Application Assistance

Battery program:  Provides backup battery for customers relying on electrically operated medical devices. Customers must reside in Tier 2 or 3 High Fire Thread District or have experienced 2 or more PSPS events.
