Every Day Connect | PROJECT HOMELESS CONNECT (PHC)

Manages drop in center with computers and mailboxes for people experiencing homelessness. Provides referrals to dental, vision, hearing, mental health, addiction, and recovery services. Offers help with housing, employment, and public benefits programs. Provides hygiene items, clothing, backpacks, and sleeping bags. Offers identification vouchers for identification cards and haircut vouchers to get free haircuts. Vision Program: Provides one pair of prescription glasses during a monthly optical day. Offers reading glasses, adjustments, and repairs. Denture Program: Provides full dentures through a lottery system. Dental Program: Provides basic dental treatment through a waitlist. Hearing Program: Provides hearing screenings during community day of service events. Offers hearing healthcare services, hearing aids, and batteries for people with hearing loss.
