Provides the Disability Disaster Access and Resource Center for Napa County. Partners with PG&E to assist residents with Access and Functional Needs in the event of a Public Safety Power Shut Off, PSPS. Services include:
  • Creating a personal or family emergency plan
  • Back-up battery loans
  • Hotel vouchers
  • Utility Medical Baseline Application Assistance
Battery program:  Provides backup battery for customers rely on electricity operated medical devices. Customers must reside in a Tier 2 or 3 High Fire Thread District or have experienced 2 or more PSPS events. Visit CPUC FireMap to identify address for High Fire Threat District.
