-CA ID card or License -Proof of Medical Insurance -Other forms of identification are also allowed: DMV receipt or Identification + 2nd form of legal ID (i.e: social security, Medi-Cal card, bank card, food stamp card)

South County Office Hours: M-F 5am-1pm

SLE Application available at front desk. Janus South County: Walk-ins welcome for opioid overdose prevention kits. For methadone services, JSC can accept 3 walk-ins on a first come, first served basis. Come Monday mornings at 5AM with valid I.D. to fill out pre-admission paperwork. When no openings are available, individuals can come during office hours to fill out paperwork and call every Monday to see if admissions will be held that week.

-Fees vary from $700.00 - $725.00 (first and last payment required)

• Accepts Medi-Cal, Private Insurance, and Self- Pay (sliding scale $300-$550)
