  • Rental Rehab Loan - is available to owners of rental property. If the units are rent to low-income tenants at affordable rents.
  • Senior Minor Home Repair Grant - available to low-income seniors age 60 or over. Is a non-repayable grant up to $2,500 to do minor home repairs.
  • Security Bars Grant - provides income eligible homeowners with up to $1,500. To remove or replace fixed security bars on bedroom windows and exit doors.
