MENTAL HEALTH: Offers free mental health counseling, advocacy, and emotional support for youth, families, and individuals. Assists participants with developing healthy coping mechanisms and stress management techniques.
LEGAL AND HOUSING: Provides comprehensive housing rights education, personalized case management, advocacy, and counseling for tenants and landlords. Offers mediation, legal case evaluations, document preparation, and representation to resolve housing disputes and evictions.
STORM RECOVERY: Administers storm recovery relief through financial assistance, clean-up tools, and disaster navigation. Provides federal housing navigation support to assist individuals with locating housing options, securing emergency rental assistance, and connecting to community resources.
Section 8 Program
Administers Housing Choice Voucher and Project Based Voucher programs for income eligible households. Housing Choice Voucher program subsidizes part of the total rent. Housing Choice Voucher applicants are responsible for housing search and selection. Project Based Voucher program subsidizes a portion of rent at designated properties.

Provides academic support, counseling, tutoring, and help preparing for college.
Home Care Services
Senior Meal Service (SMS)
Provides home delivered meals for senior residents. Offers weekday delivery of hot, prepared, nutritional meals.

Civil Division
Provides legal processing services in the areas of family law. Helps with concerns related to the following:
- Probate guardianship/conservatorship
- Mental health
- General civil disputes and small claims
- Unlawful detainers
- Judicial consent for marriage of underage parties.
Also provides services for juvenile dependency and juvenile delinquency. The family court services provide referrals for same-day mediation. Includes child custody and visitation mediation.

Social Security Administration
Processes claims for all Social Security programs. Provides continuing income to workers and their families in the case of retirement, disability or death. Accepts applications for Medicare. Individuals in need of cash and who are age 65 or over or who are blind or disabled, including blind and disabled children, may apply for Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Accepts applications for original and duplicate Social Security cards. The Teleservice Center provides information about eligibility and the documents which must be submitted with the application.
