Keep People Housed Solano
Provides eligible households with flexible financial assistance to pay rent, utilities, security deposits, or moving costs, as well as legal referrals and other services to prevent Solano County residents from becoming homeless.

Only applicants at highest risk of homelessness or housing loss will advance to the next stage of the process. If you are selected to receive assistance, please be aware that the program may not be able to cover all expenses that you owe.
Due to high call volume, mailbox is often full. Email is best option for contacting the program. There is a low-response rate from the agency - clients that are not selected may not hear back.
Substance Use Disorders Services
Provides alcohol and drug addiction assessments and referrals to treatment services.
Outpatient Services Programs
Provides comprehensive outpatient services for alcohol and drug addiction. Offers care coordination, counseling, education, and aftercare planning.
