Material assistance such as diapers, baby clothes and baby furniture are available to clients. We accept Medi-Cal.

Life Lab
Provides a school-based gardening program that integrates nutrition and natural science into hands-on agricultural activities. Offers garden-based science education, plant propagation, composting instruction, school meal harvesting, and garden crafting. Kindergarten through 4th grade students receive 50-minute classes every week. Preschoolers also have regular visits from our garden teacher.
Kimochi Lounge
Manages Japanese community center programs, activities, and events. Provides resources for seniors to remain independent and active at home. Offers information about nutrition, health, elder law, family caregiving, and senior housing. Exhibits book and video library.
Safe Parking Program
Provides overnight parking from 6:00 pm to 8:00 am or as the site specifies. Sanitary facilities available at most sites.
All vehicles and persons must be off-site when the program is not in operation.
Participation is limited to six months.

Puentes Bilingual Program
Provides bilingual early education and literacy support for children in English and Spanish. Assists children with home-language development and English literacy acquisition through integrated instruction. Offers translated materials and community navigation support for Spanish-speaking families.

- Completes intakes for Coordinated Entry System
- Screens for behavioral health conditions in accessing and securing housing and refers into appropriate programs with Solano Behavioral Health. It can take several days/weeks to enter into Behavioral Health program
- Screens for Medi-Cal and other benefits eligibility
- Assesses eligibility for rapid rehousing with short‑term housing assistance.
- Operates permanent supportive housing with ongoing supportive services.

Provides adult high school diploma classes.
