Housing Continuum for Survivors/Housing Support Program
Provides a comprehensive housing continuum for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, offering everything from emergency shelter to permanent, affordable housing. Survivors work with dedicated advocates to address immediate safety needs while also building long‑term stability through personalized support plans. This continuum integrates access to additional YWCA services—including therapy, legal assistance, childcare, and employment support—to help survivors maintain housing and continue healing beyond the program.

- Completes intakes for Coordinated Entry System
- Screens for behavioral health conditions in accessing and securing housing and refers into appropriate programs with Solano Behavioral Health. It can take several days/weeks to enter into Behavioral Health program
- Screens for Medi-Cal and other benefits eligibility
- Assesses eligibility for rapid rehousing with short‑term housing assistance.
- Operates permanent supportive housing with ongoing supportive services.

Provides an online screening and intake request process to link households to available housing supports and community resources. Reviews individual situations to deliver tailored resource recommendations and direct referrals to Coordinated Entry Connectors when available.

Mysti’s CA is a Medi-Cal Community Supports and Enhanced Care Management (ECM) provider. We offer:
- Recuperative Care (Medical Respite)

- Housing Deposits (including utility bill assistance for eligible clients)

Utility Bill Assistance:
We can assist eligible clients with utility bills (electricity, gas, and, in some cases, water) as part of housing stabilization and transition services.

Provides comprehensive wraparound care and intensive care management to assist community members with meeting essential life needs and improving health outcomes. Connects individuals to housing navigation, housing retention, and sustaining support services. Offers assistance with establishing primary care medical homes, arranging medical transportation, and accessing community resources.
Temporary Housing
Provides eight month to one year temporary housing for single mothers with children. Offers case management, personal mentoring, and life skills education.

Offers onsite workforce training with a free 11-week course at Fresh Starts Culinary Academy and onsite employment opportunities in mission-based businesses.
