Trains and recruits volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) to advocate for children in the foster care system who have experienced abuse, neglect, or abandonment. Provides comprehensive 35-hour initial training to prepare volunteers to serve as sworn officers of the court. Facilitates ongoing advocacy alongside judges, attorneys, and social workers to support child welfare until case resolution.

Ensures that all reasonable efforts have been made on behalf of the child at every stage of the court dependency process. Offers information to the Juvenile Court on behalf of the child.
