Individuals are place in nonprofit or government agencies and helps improve their job skills. Assists participants in transitioning to unsubsidized employment.

Provides intensive job training for low-income adults (age 55 or over). Trainees receive a stipend during enrollment. Enrollees are assigned to partner organizations/agencies who provide work-based, on the job training in an effort to prepare the trainee for reentry into the job market.
