Provides screening and enrollment assistance to community members seeking Medi-Cal coverage. Assists participants with understanding eligibility requirements, completing applications, and updating case information. Supports current Medi-Cal enrollees with renewal and understanding recent and future changes to Medi-Cal eligibility.

Adult Basic and Secondary Education

Offers bilingual translation, application assistance, public internet access, and information.
Adult Protective Services (APS)
Provides 24/7 hotline to report elder or dependent adult abuse. Receives and investigates reports of abuse or neglect related to seniors (age 60 and older) or dependent adults (age 18-59 including self-neglect. Based on assessment, staff develop a plan to protect the rights, interests, safety, and welfare of client.
Provides safety and protection for adults who are experiencing or are at risk of:
- Physical injury
- Sexual abuse
- Poor nutrition
- Dehydration
- Untreated medical conditions
- Misuse of medicines
- Abandonment or general neglect
Enrollment Assistance
Counseling Center
Provides domestic violence intervention counseling and crisis response. Offers assistance with restraining orders, housing stability, and safety planning. Hosts support groups.
