Home Delivered Meal Program

Provides nutritious, home-delivered meals to seniors who are unable to shop or cook for themselves. Each meal provides 1/3 of daily recommended intake dietary guidelines. Vegetarian and regular meal options are available. Provides participants with one meal a day. Meals delivered cover three, five, or seven days a week based on need.
