Mysti’s CA is a Medi-Cal Community Supports and Enhanced Care Management (ECM) provider. We offer:

Utility Bill Assistance:

We can assist eligible clients with utility bills (electricity, gas, and, in some cases, water) as part of housing stabilization and transition services.

Provides street outreach and counseling for youth at risk or experiencing homelessness. Offers food, clothing, hygiene items, and referrals to community resources.

Provides early childhood care, education, and development enrichment for infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children. Offers parenting education, child development support, and curriculum focused on self-care and self-regulation to strengthen family resilience. Connects families to community resources, behavioral health care, and social service assistance programs through direct navigation and referrals.

Provides movement classes to support childhood development and relationships. Offers family playgroups to develop social, communication, and motor skills. Hosts summer day camps.

Manages animal shelter for lost and stray animals. Provides animal control services and pet licenses.

Provides food distribution with various grocery items.

Drive-Thru Food Bank is open every Thursday from 11 am-2 pm

Offers a supplemental nutrition program for pregnant women and mothers with infants and children up to five years old. Clients receive checks for food and nutrition education to help them achieve and maintain good health. Provides one-on-one nutritional counseling, and group education on such topics as:

• breastfeeding
• lead poisoning
• childhood obesity

Provides management, supervision, and administration of town operations, programs, and resources.

• Outpatient
• Residential
• Medication-Assisted Treatment.

Provides coordinated entry access for veterans at risk or currently experiencing homelessness. Offers connection to housing resources which may include relocation and financial assistance.

Provides consumer fraud and environmental crimes investigation. Offers consumer fraud protection from deceptive business practices. Accepts reports of consumer fraud and environmental violations.

Provides adult literacy program to improve reading and writing skills. Offers individual tutoring, instructional materials, and resources.

Offers lunch, health education, support groups, recreational activities, referrals, and more. Services are available to seniors in the San Francisco Area.

Provides child support services including establishing parentage and medical support orders. Offers assistance with noncustodial parents, child support collection, and payment distribution.

Provides outreach, support, and assistance to people experiencing homelessness. Offers wellness checks, socks, sleeping bags, and transportation services.

Provides financial assistance to eligible residents for rent payments and security deposits.
