Provides residential programs to women experiencing alcohol or drug addiction. Offers treatment for pregnant women and mothers with young children.

Provides services to responds in an effective manner to emergencies and disasters. Coordinates cleanup and recovery efforts. Trained citizen groups and community organizations in disaster response. Helps coordinate relief efforts in their local neighborhoods.

Substance Use Treatment Services
Provides substance use treatment to adults in San Mateo County. Treatment includes substance abuse, mental health counseling and educational services, available in the following ways:
- 30 days residential: 30-120 days
- Day Treatment: Minimum of 3 days per week, 3 hours per day
- Outpatient: Minimum of one group per week, 2 individual sessions per month.
- Recovery Residence: Therapeutic Supportive Housing for persons in Outpatient
- Transitional Housing: For clients non clients in need of housing
