Provides residential programs to women experiencing alcohol or drug addiction. Offers treatment for pregnant women and mothers with young children.

Provides services to responds in an effective manner to emergencies and disasters. Coordinates cleanup and recovery efforts. Trained citizen groups and community organizations in disaster response. Helps coordinate relief efforts in their local neighborhoods.

Provides services for prospective foster and adoptive parents. Recruits, trains, and approves foster and adoptive families. Offers regular trainings, support groups, and one-on-one coaching. Also offers parenting skills education. 

Manages senior center programs, activities, and events. Provides citizenship classes, tablet classes, health, and nutrition workshops. Offers exercise classes, cooking classes, dancing lessons, games, bingo, arts, and crafts. Serves senior lunch.

• Peer recovery support groups for individuals who have completed an outpatient program

Provides substance use treatment to adults in San Mateo County. Treatment includes substance abuse, mental health counseling and educational services, available in the following ways:

• 30 days residential: 30-120 days
• Day Treatment: Minimum of 3 days per week, 3 hours per day
• Outpatient: Minimum of one group per week, 2 individual sessions per month.
• Recovery Residence: Therapeutic Supportive Housing for persons in Outpatient
• Transitional Housing: For clients non clients in need of housing

Trauma services are available for those who have experienced some form of trauma.

Provides counseling to address mental health and emotional issues. Offers individual, youth, couples, and family counseling services.

Provides human rights advocacy on behalf of people experiencing homelessness.
