Provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy to adults with chronic or acute conditions. Physical therapy treats mobility deficits from strokes, hip/knee replacements, and other conditions. Offers specialized treatment for back pain and wound/burn care. Occupational therapy treats functional loss due to stroke, nerve damage, and burns/wounds. Emphasis on returning to maximum independence. Speech and language services include motor speech, swallowing disorders, stuttering, and voice disorders. Evaluates and provides therapy. Assessments are offered Tuesdays and Thursdays. Also accepts Medi-Cal, General Assistance, CalWorks, and CalFresh applications.

Provides occupational and physical therapy to children (birth to 21) with certain physical conditions or diseases. These are physical problems that affect the child's ability to control the movements of the body. Examples include cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy or congenital orthopedic abnormalities. The therapy services are offered at two Medical Therapy Units (MTU) which are based at Duncan Holbert School in Watsonville and a Santa Cruz location. All services are provided free to families whose child has a medically eligible condition or disease.

Provides healthcare to homebound patients in their place of residence. Employs nurses, health aides, physical, occupational and speech therapists, and medical social workers.

Provides an acute medical and rehabilitation facility providing inpatient and outpatient services. Provides inpatient care for physical and medical disabilities. Inpatient care focuses on respiratory care, brain injury, significant wounds, and spinal injuries. Inpatient care includes:

• Physical, occupational, and respiratory therapies
• Pharmacy
• Clinical neuropsychology
• Laboratory services
• Radiology services
• Dietary services

Outpatient services include:

• Physical therapy
• Occupational therapy
• Speech therapy
