Administers county clerk and recorder services. Provides marriage, birth, and death certificates. Offers marriage licenses and ceremonies.

Provides community-based outreach, engagement, and peer support to connect individuals with substance use disorder recovery and treatment resources. Offers Enhanced Care Management (ECM) screening, resource navigation, and referrals to community services and specialized treatment programs. Supplies harm reduction materials, such as Narcan, and basic needs assistance.

Administers Housing Choice Voucher and Project Based Voucher programs for income eligible households. Housing Choice Voucher program subsidizes part of the total rent. Housing Choice Voucher applicants are responsible for housing search and selection. Project Based Voucher program subsidizes a portion of rent at designated properties.

Provides library cards, public computer, and wireless internet access. Offers resource collection of books, audiobooks, newspapers, magazines, CDs, and DVDs.

Claims services for widows or dependent children of veterans, including burial benefits, Dependency and Indemnity Compensation, Death Pension for non-service connected benefits (income-based), education benefits, proceeds from VA life insurance policies

Claims services for parents of veterans, including burial benefits, Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (income-based), and proceeds from VA life insurance policies

Provides fire protection, emergency rescue, medical services, and hazardous materials response.

Provides advocacy, case management, systems navigation, and mental health services for crime victims and survivors. Offers legal and immigration assistance, including support with court proceedings and documentation, alongside basic needs provisions.

Provides transitional employment, job training, and supportive services within a community-supported organic garden and related agricultural enterprises. Offers an on-the-job training program for up to 1 year. Operates a seasonal lecture series and a retail store featuring farm products.
