Provides refurbished computers with monitor, keyboard, mouse, cables, and connectors.

Provides law enforcement, crime investigation, detention corrections services, and disaster response management.

Provides healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance for income eligible households. Offers assistance with enrollment applications. Medi-Cal is the state Medicaid public health insurance program. Partnership Health Plan of California and Kaiser Permanente are the health plan providers.

Provides case management, systems navigation, substance use resources, mental health services, and mutual support groups for crime victims and survivors. Supplies basic needs assistance, family services, and food and diaper distributions. Administers educational interventions, attendance plan implementations, and special education advocacy support.

Provides pet adoptions of dogs and cats.

Injury-prevention specialist will come to client homes and determine safety needs.  If there is a need for safety items, night lights, bathmats, kitchen timers, and grabber tools can be provided.

If income eligible, free home safety modifications can be arranged.  For those not income-eligible for home safety modifications low-cost, reputable resources are provided. Home modifications may include installation of:

• grab bars

• handrails

• shower chairs

• toilet rails

PARENTING: Provides positive parenting educational classes, support groups, and individual coaching sessions. Administers free summer lunches for children.

FOOD: Provides food distribution services to community members.

MENTAL HEALTH: Offers free mental health counseling, advocacy, and emotional support for youth, families, and individuals. Assists participants with developing healthy coping mechanisms and stress management techniques.

LEGAL AND HOUSING: Provides comprehensive housing rights education, personalized case management, advocacy, and counseling for tenants and landlords. Offers mediation, legal case evaluations, document preparation, and representation to resolve housing disputes and evictions.

STORM RECOVERY: Administers storm recovery relief through financial assistance, clean-up tools, and disaster navigation. Provides federal housing navigation support to assist individuals with locating housing options, securing emergency rental assistance, and connecting to community resources.

Provides library cards, public computer, and wireless internet access. Offers resource collection of books, audiobooks, newspapers, magazines, CDs, and DVDs.

Provides eligible households with flexible financial assistance to pay rent, utilities, security deposits, or moving costs, as well as legal referrals and other services to prevent Solano County residents from becoming homeless.

Provides individualized behavioral health services, including individual therapy, family therapy, and skill-building rehabilitation for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 3-20. Partners with families to support coping skills, self-confidence, positive relationships, and daily functioning. Offers in-person and virtual appointments, with school or community-based services available as needed.​
